Genomics reveal the origins and current structure of a genetically depauperate freshwater invasive species to Alaska

We sequenced both native and invasive populations of northern pike (Esox lucius) to genetically characterize Alaska pike populations and determine the most likely origins of introduced populations. We also sequenced pike from the Antlen River in Southeast Alaska that are of unclear origin.
