This dataset contains detailed measurements of internal air temperature, relative humidity, and product temperature in domestic refrigerators located in Bangkok, Thailand. Data were collected from 123 households using TagPlus‑TH loggers (Freshliance) installed inside the refrigerators. The measurements include multiple sensor positions corresponding to the top shelf, middle shelf, vegetable drawer, door shelf, freezer compartment (or coldest zone), and ambient air near the refrigerator. A sensor was also inserted into a meat-like test product to record product temperature. Measurements were recorded at 5-minute intervals over the study period, providing high-resolution time series of both temperature and humidity. The raw data are stored in tab-delimited .txt files, with filenames indicating refrigerator number and refrigerator type. A README file accompanies the dataset, describing the column names, sensor positions, and the metadata associated with each measurement.
