Dataset and Code for "Wrist-to-Wrist Bioimpedance Can Reliably Detect Discrete Self-Touch"

DOI

This replication package contains the R code, input datasets, questionnaire, and results for the statistical analyses presented in "Wrist-to-Wrist Bioimpedance Can Reliably Detect Discrete Self-Touch" (IEEE TIM, 2025). It includes two analysis scripts: Analysis 1 fits linear mixed-effects models to test the detectability of 33 self-touch poses across 100 frequencies, and Analysis 2 examines the influence of touch topology and contact area on the bioimpedance response. The input bioimpedance datasets (magnitude and phase), the participant questionnaire, and the condensed Excel result files are included, allowing full reproduction of the published results by simply sourcing each script.
