This dataset contains a compilation of published and unpublished epifaunal benthic foraminifera (Cibicidoides sp.) d13C and d18O data with focus on the North Atlantic, also some South Atlantic data is included. The focus are high resolution cores covering 0- 30 ka BP and thus include the Last Glacial Maximum (LGM) and last deglaciation. To achieve the best possible spatial coverage, records that do not fully cover time interval are also included. Records older than 30 ka BP are not cut off, yet are only included when covering at the LGM at least. The dataset contains 121 cores. The data compilation is a product of the PAGES Ocean Circulation and Carbon (OC3) working group that aims to reconstruct glacial and deglacial changes in ocean carbon storage and ocean circulation. All datasets were quality checked and age models have been synchronized. The dataset formate is readable with the PDV software (Langner and Mulitza, 2019).
