This dataset includes: - 3D segmentations for 4 muscles of the right lower limb (rectus femoris, vastus laterialis, tibialis anterior, gastrocnemius medialis) from 15 healthy volunteers. - Each muscle was scanned with 3 levels of compression: standard compression, minimal compression, and gel pad. - Tables with the volume calculations using 3D Slicer for each segmentation.
