This dataset contains raw experimental data supporting the study of GFP-like protein scaffolds for stable neoantigen display. A pipeline was developed for selecting and inserting tumor-derived peptide sequences into beta-barrel protein frameworks, using both GFP and the structurally similar G2 domain of mouse nidogen. Data include neoantigen ranking scores based on MHC-I binding predictions, solubility scores, green fluorescence emission of scaffold fusion constructs, dynamic light scattering (DLS) measurements of protein assemblies under thermal gradient and zinc-mediated assembly/disassembly conditions, center of spectral mass (CSM) thermal stability profiles, protein release kinetics from secretory granules, plasma stability quantification, and flow cytometry data from bone-marrow-derived dendritic cell (BMDC) activation assays.
