Genomic architecture in the Daphnia longispina species complex

In this project, we provide whole-genome data for the Daphnia longispina complex, a keystone zooplankton taxon in freshwater ecosystems. We generated whole genomes from two natural hybrid populations from single resting eggs of different ages and live individuals collected from the water column. This dataset was used to uncover recurrent generations of hybridization and introgression.
