Alignments of RADseq loci used for the phylogenetic analyses of the genus Thaumetopoea

DOI

Thaumetopoea is a genus of Lepidoptera known as the processionary moths. It includes famous defoliators of forest trees. They are also a threat to human and animal health due to the urticating setae carried by their larvae. We explored the potential of RAD-Seq data to resolve the phylogeny of this genus. We here provide the various alignements obtained from concatenated RADseq loci using different combination of parameters during the bio-informatic procedure.
