The dynamics of bacterial communities in seagrass rhizospheres remediated by biochar in heavy metal-polluted environments.

This study involved the addition of heavy metals Cu and Cd to simulated seagrass systems, followed by biochar application for remediation on the 14th day. Sampling occurred on days 0, 7, 14, and 30 under stress conditions, collecting sediment and rhizospheric sediment samples.
