Euprymna scolopes accessory nidamental gland and egg jelly coat bacterial communities

The female Hawaiian bobtail squid, Euprymna scolopes, contains a bacterial consortium in its reproductive organ the accessory nidamental gland (ANG). This study characterizes the bacterial communities of the ANG and egg jelly coats from females collected in Maunalua Bay, Oahu, HI.
