Microbial eukaryotes amplicons sequencing in the Hudson Bay System (BaySys mission)

The objective was to study the distribution and composition of microbial eukaryotes in the Hudson Bay System. We paid special attention on salinity gradient between offhsore-inshore Hudson Bay, Ice covered versus open water and riverine versus coastal marine systems. This project is part of the multidisciplinar BaySys project aiming to describe the influence of climate change and water regulation on the Hudson Bay System.
