A total of 2427 samples consisted of various tissues (roots, leaves, stems, flowers and pods) were collected at different developmental stages on 62 genotypes of winter oilseed rape grown under a wide range of environments including three crop seasons (2014–2015, 2015–2016 and 2016–2017), two growth conditions (tunnel or field) and several crop management strategies (limiting (N-) vs. optimal (N+) N fertilization or water supply (W- vs. W+). Elementary analysis allowed to determine carbon (C) and nitrogen (N) content. In parallel, near infrared spectra were measured from 4000 to 12000 cm-1 on MPA (Bruker) FT-NIR spectrometer.
