This dataset contains the source code of a program for the statistical spatial analysis of objects patterns from 3D images. An executable version of the program, compiled for Ubuntu 18.04, is also included.

The program has been applied to analyze the 3D spatial arrangement of chromocenters in Arabidopsis thaliana plantlet cell nuclei (coll. Valérie Gaudin, INRAE).
