Effects of hypoosmotic stress in Chromis notata

We investigated physiological responses in Chromis notata to low-salinity stress to explore the effects of hypoosmotic conditions (27 psu and 20 psu) on osmoregulation, intestinal microbiota composition, and gene expression profiles over a 120-hour exposure period.
