Sampling procedure: stratified random sample of 300 localities was selected as primary sampling units. The stratification was by region and locality size. At each sampling unit, a quota sample (with preset parameters for the composition by age, sex, and level of education) was selected.
Geschichtete Zufallsauswahl von 300 Gebieten als primäre Einheiten. Die Schichtung erfolgte nach Region und Gebietsgröße. Auf jeder Auswahleinheit wurde dann nach einem Quotenverfahren (basierend auf der Bevölkerungszusammensetzung nach Alter, Geschlecht und Bildungsabschluss) ausgewählt.
