Aircraft measurements of spectral solar up- and downward irradiances in the Arctic during the HALO-(AC)3 campaign 2022

DOI

During the HALO-(AC)3 campaign in March / April 2022 spectral up- and downward irradiances were measured in the Svalbard area using the Spectral Modular Airborne Radiation measurement sysTem (SMART-Albedometer). The data set provides solar spectra (400 - 1800 nm) along the flight tracks of 12 flights performed by the Polar 5 aircraft in 2 Hz resolution.

The nc-Files contain information on time (UTC), flight altitude, longitude, latitude, wavelength, and the spectral down- and upward irradiances. One file per flight is provided.
