Metagenomic analyses of Bathymodiolus septemdierum from the Mariner vent field, Lau Basin

In this study we sequenced the metagenomes of Bathymodiolus septemdierum holobionts from the Mariner vent field to compare the composition of chemosynthetic symbionts to other populations in the Lau Basin.
