Abstract: This dataset frames the role of cooperatives as a potential alternative business model for the platform economy. It contains 11 semi-structured interviews to stakeholders engaged with platform cooperatives (Katuma, Smart and Fairbnb) about limits and strengths of economic performance in terms of growth, working conditions and redistribution of gains.

The dataset is presented in three files.

This dataset has been the previous steps to the testing of ‘Charter on Digital Worker Rights’ performed in the frame of PLUS project (supported by European Union Horizon 2020 Programme under the grant agreement number 822638) through unstructured interviews and co-creation sessions with the three project pilots: Katuma, Smart and Fairbnb.
