Marine bacteria Raw sequence reads

This study focused on information about the metagenome of the bacterial community during long-term co-culture between Synechococcus and bacteria. In this study, we investigated the trends of bacterial taxa and the changes in the genes of bacterial metabolism for synthesis and degradation of inert organic matters, in order to analyse the contribution of long-term co-cultivation with Synechococcus and bacteria to the marine carbon cycle.
