This dataset contains transcriptions of interviews conducted to investigate the use of audience analytics and metrics inside newsrooms of the media organizations that can be considered as leaders at the respective media market. The participants of this research are news users and media workers that have different positions in newsrooms and perform different tasks related to news work, therefore their use of analytics and metrics differs in many ways. The semi-structured interviews were based on an interview guide, which is attached to the dataset. Interviews were conducted and transcribed verbatim by Ana Milojevic.
