Transcriptome analysis (RNA-seq) data of Coilia naus with different rates of ovarian development

Coilia nasus, a migratory fish species naturally inhabiting in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River and offshore China, has high culturing potential and economic value. In this study, we performed transcriptome analysis (RNA-seq) of C. naus with different rates of ovarian development to explore candidate genes and signal pathways involved in the population-asynchronous ovarian development of C. nasus.
