This scientific database compiles quantitative data on platelet concentrations and growth factor levels in various platelet-derived products obtained from healthy Beagle dogs. Specifically, it includes platelet counts (expressed as x10³ platelets/μL) and concentrations of key growth factors—Transforming Growth Factor Beta 1 (TGF-β1), Platelet-Derived Growth Factor BB (PDGF-BB), and Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor A (VEGF-A) —expressed in pg/μL. These parameters were measured in baseline whole blood samples and in different platelet concentrates prepared using standardized in-house protocols. The primary aim of this dataset is to compare the content of platelets and growth factors across the different products and basal samples, enabling the analysis of potential correlations between platelet counts and growth factor concentrations
