The mechanism of 1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylic acid and its derivatives in promoting the ripening of Neopyropia

To explore the effects of 1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylic acid(ACC) on biochemistry and gene transcription of Neoporphyra haitanensis (Neoporphyra haitanensis), we analyzed the conchosporangial formation rate promoted by ACC at different concentrations and the effects of ACC on filamentous enzyme activity in a short period of time. The transcriptome data were also analyzed by high throughput sequencing.
