This repository contains electrophysiological, morphological, and molecular data for inhibitory neurons recorded across the full depth of rat barrel cortex, along with associated metadata. The dataset supports the results presented in the accompanying manuscript, enabling analyses of how intrinsic and extrinsic factors contribute to inhibitory neuron diversity.
