Dataset: Deep-rooted Values Clash in Climate-related Conflicts

The research project Deep-rooted Values Clash in Climate-related Conflicts investigated how the Dutch political parties CDA, ChristenUnie, SGP, GroenLinks, D66, and Partij voor de Dieren view dairy farming, nature, and nitrogen from the perspective of their party philosophy. The vision of these political parties was compared with how dairy farmers give meaning to their work. This was investigated on the basis of interviews and a desk review of policy documents and vision documents collected in the year 2022-2023. These documents are stored in this dataset.
