As corals continue to decline globally and locally, genetic management of populations is becoming necessary, requiring the availability of genomic tools. Genomic or transcriptomic resources are growing, yet a majority of coral species still lack them. To help bridge this gap, we present new PacBio HiFi-derived assemblies for Colpophyllia natans, Dendrogyra cylindrus, and Siderastrea siderea.
