High nitrogen fixing activity (acetylene reduction) around mangrove tree roots and its unique bacteria

This study was conducted based on the viewpoint that mangroves that live in low soil nitrogen circumstances might have relationship with nitrogen fixing bacteria. Diazotrophic communities were compared between root zone and no-root zone of mangrove plant Rhizophora stylosa based on the sequencing of the nifH gene.
