m6A-seq for sugar beet leaves

The purpose of this study is to explore how the m6A modification is involved in the salt stress response process in the beet. The results are expected to provide evidence for further understanding of the epigenetic mechanisms responsible for salt tolerance in beet, as well as candidate genes for salt tolerance enhancement in beet.
