Overall design: Three samples (independent replicates) were analysed (either organ for both species). Total RNA from all samples of Glycera alba (GaPR1, GaPR2, GaPR3, GaBW1, GaBW2, GaBW3) was used to build the main library. Total RNA from Replicate 2 of Hediste diversicolor (HdG2 and HdPR2) was used to build the main library.
