This dataset contains input data used to simulate scenarios of organic farming expansion in Europe as described in Balancing organic agriculture expansion target and climate goals in Europe without outsourcing emissions is possible. These scenarios were built upon the consistent combination of options considering (i) organic crop production, (ii) organic livestock production, and (iii) human diets in Europe. They were developped and analyzed as part of the CLINOrg project (CLImate Neutral Organic Farming), funded by INRAE internal program on organic farming METABIO. More specifically, the dataset contains the following input data for the GOANIM model for each scenario : (i) organic crop harvested areas , (ii) organic livestock productivity (iii) organic livestock feed requirements, in Energy or protein. All data are provided in the Netcdf format. The method used to generate these data is available in the Supplementary Material A of 'Balancing organic agriculture expansion target and climate goals in Europe without outsourcing emissions is possible.'.
