Effect of Ulva prolifera decomposition on transcriptome in the Japanese flounder Paralichthys olivaceus using field and laboratory experiment

In this study, the marine benthic organism Paralichthys olivaceus was used as the research object, and the internal molecular mechanism of P. olivaceus in response to U. prolifera stress and bacterial infection was analyzed from laboratory simulation experiment and field simulation experiment. The transcript analysis in the liver tissue of P. olivaceus and tissue lesions of P. olivaceus under U. prolifera stress and bacterial infection were systematically described.
