"This dataset contains a list of intertidal diatom species sampled at Gazi Bay (Kenya) in September 1991. Samples were taken from the upper 1 centimeter at each station using a Perspex insert tube (diameter 22mm). Identification of the diatoms was done on light- and electron microscopy.
