Narratives on Career Development: A reading guide for supervisors

DOI

These guidelines support the integration of professional career narratives within the EUR Development cycle for academic staff. They are designed to assist academic staff who hold supervisory roles. The guidelines can be used before or during Development conversations or within various contexts where narrative writing and assessing is needed. This initiative aligns with EUR\u2019s broader commitment to embedding narratives in academic development, particularly within the framework of Recognition & Rewards (R&R).
