Bacterial enrichment in different ciprofloxacin concentrations

DOI

The impact of different concentrations of ciprofloxacin on bacterial growth in the sea surface microlayer (SML) and the associated underlying water (ULW) was evaluated by inoculating samples in marine broth with varying levels of ciprofloxacin. The samples were incubated at 20 °C on a shaker for seven days, and growth was quantified by measuring optical density (OD600).
