Warming During Embryogenesis Induces a Lasting Transcriptomic Signiture in Fishes

RNA-seq of ventricles from 6 Scyliorhinus canicula juveniles (~5 months old) that underwent embryogenesis at 15C or 20C and were held at 15C post-hatching. Overall design: S.canicula embryos raised at 15C and 20C. Hatchling moved to a common garden environment (15C) for ~5 months. Ventricles excised and RNA-seq performed.
