Genomic dynamics mediated by the mobile supernumerary chromosome drives virulence variation in rice blast fungus

The Field-isolated strain 95085 was utilized to create the donor strain for chromosome horizontal transfer. This donor strain was then co-cultured with the recipient strain Guy11 to obtain the chromosome horizontal transfer strains, which were subsequently sequenced and assembled.
