Repomucenus calcaratus Raw sequence reads

In this study, spotted dragonet (Repomucenus calcaratus) were exposed to a representative light, unweathered oil for 96 hours, so that the physiological changes that occur with exposure can be documented. Fish were then transferred to clean sediment for 90 hours so that recovery from exposures can be quantified. Short sequencing reads describing the transcriptome of the gill and liver are presented here.
