Aircraft measurements of spectral solar upward radiances in the Arctic during the COMPEX-EC campaign 2025

During the COMPEX-EC campaign performed in April 2025 spectral upward radiances were measured in the Norwegian Sea area using the Spectral Modular Airborne Radiation measurement sysTem (SMART-Albedometer). The data set provides solar spectra (400 - 900 nm) along the flight tracks of seven flights performed by the Polar 5 aircraft in 2 Hz resolution. The nadir-looking radiance inlet has an approximate field of view of 2°.
