The aim of the study was to determine the effects of acute movement breaks on cognitive functions in vocational education and training students compared to a cognitive break.The data are in SPSS format.It can be concluded that a cognitive break of 5 minutes and a movement break of 5 minutes or a movement break of 10 minutes has no effect on the cognitive functions of vocational education and training students, compared to a cognitive break of 10 minutes.
