The PROFILES registry offers scientific data in the area of medical psychology and more specific on quality of life of cancer survivors. The PROFILES registry is open to academics anywhere in the world for scientific purposes, free of charge. The archive can be found on the following website: http://www.profilesregistry.nlThe questionnaire was submitted to 355 patients of 18 years and older. Patients diagnosed with thyroid cancer between 1990 and 2008 in the southern region of the NetherlandsQuestionnaires used:- Lifestyle- Activities- Cancer and Care- Self-Administered Comorbidity Questionnaire (SCQ);- Work and insurance questions;- Medication- QoL/CS- Symptoms;- SF-36;- Personality;- B-IPQ- Influence of Cancer;- FAS- HADS- Information;- Use of Internet.
