This is a large project focused on the microbial ecology in the Bohai Sea. This project involves different studies. 1, The change of bacterial communities using 16S rRNA amplicon sequences during the transition from oxic water to low oxygen conditions in the coastal area where seasonal hypoxia was reported recently.
