Population structure of the Atlantic angel shark (Squatina dumeril) in United States waters of the western North Atlantic Ocean

Western North Atlantic ddRAD data from angel shark samples taken along the US coast. Data was used to look at both population structure and the potential for species level differences. The data includes a vouchered Squatina californica (KU #437 Vouchered Specimen KU28360).
