The United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) Industrial Statistics comprise the following datasets: • The INDSTAT2 ISIC Revision 3 database contains data for over 100 countries. Data is arranged at the 2-digit level of the International Standard Industrial Classification of All Economic Activities (ISIC) Revision 3 pertaining to the manufacturing sector. The database combines historical time series data derived from INDSTAT3 ISIC Rev.2 with recent years’ data, which include data reported in ISIC Revision 3 as well as those reported in ISIC Revision 4. However, it should be noted that time period covered by the database, as well as item coverage, differ from country to country. • The INDSTAT4 ISIC Revision 3 database contains time series data for over 100 countries. The data is arranged at the 3- and 4-digit level of the International Standard Industrial Classification of All Economic Activities (ISIC) Revision 3 pertaining to the manufacturing sector which are split into various categories. • The INDSTAT4 ISIC Revision 4 database contains time series data for over 100 countries. The data is arranged at the 3- and 4-digit level of the International Standard Industrial Classification of All Economic Activities (ISIC) Revision 4 pertaining to the manufacturing sector which are split into various categories..
