This dataset includes images and figures' values included in the paper “Nanoplastic exposure affects the intestinal microbiota of adult Drosophila flies”.

Specifically, it contains:

TEM images characterizing the PS and ZnO nanoparticles used in this study (PH_PS-P-50a, PH_PS-P-500a). SEM images characterizing the PLA nanoparticles used in this study (PH_PLA). TEM images illustrating the presence of microorganisms in the intestinal lumen of Drosophila melanogaster and the interaction of said microorganisms with PS in their barrier as well as inside the cell. SEM images illustrating the presence of microorganisms in the intestinal samples of Drosophila melanogaster. Data for all the related figures from the research article.
