The zip-folder contains the raw datasets (Qualtrics Excel exports), the country-specific datasets, and the combined dataset. Before merging, the data were labeled and prepared using the Stata do-file 01_Data curation.do. All analyses were conducted using the Stata do-file 02_Data analysis.do.
