Amplicon sequencing of eukaryote assemblages in a sediment core in Nagatsura-Ura Lagoon

To understand whether the tsunamis in Nagatsura-Ura Lagoon, Japan caused environmental changes, we investigated a sediment core (length ~158cm) collected from sea bed at depth of about 10m. We analyzed eukaryote taxa from amplicon sequences of 18SrRNA gene.
