Effect of cyclophosphamide (CP) and cisplatin (CDDP) on Daphnia magna

The aim of the study was to examine the impact of the alkylating anticancer agents, cyclophosphamide (CP) and cisplatin (CDDP), on filter feeding cladoceran, Daphnia magna.</p><p>We evaluated the life history parameters, proteome, and transcriptome profiles of crustacean chronically exposed (for five generations) to environmentally relevant CP (10 ng L-1) and CDDP (100 ng L-1) concentrations.
