Expression of protein-coding genes

DOI

RNA-seq data mapped to the genome with STAR (Version 2.7.8a) using more stringent end-to-end parameters. Expected read counts, FPKM and TPM values were calculated on the predicted genes from the Xiphinema index GFF annotation using RSEM (version 1.3.1). Uniquely mapped reads were counted using featureCounts (version 2.0.1).
