The main purpose of this project was to detect subsidence in the field, and to survey instruments and control points for terrestrial laser scanning. On Kurungnakh island, we surveyed transects across and along valleys and repeated measurements of installed subsidence rods. We scanned the surface of several plots with a terrestrial laser (Kurungnakh and Samoylov; data and metadata not provided here) and measured the positions of the scanner and reflectors, respectively. Additionally we surveyed the position of new installations; the igloo laboratory and the 10 m meteorological tower. Near the old research station we collected data along the Lena shoreline. On Sardakh, we surveyed the shoreline of a lake near the 100 m borehole, the borehole and around the borehole.
