Simulation Models for HES based on LFP Battery, PEM Fuel Cell, and Vanadium Redox Flow Battery

This archive contains three simulation models developed in MATLAB/Simulink: (1) a 3-RC branch Thevenin Equivalent Circuit Model for a 280Ah LFP battery with SOC-dependent parameters; (2) a mathematical model of a PEM fuel cell accounting for activation, ohmic, and concentration losses; and (3) a mathematical model of a vanadium redox flow battery (VRFB) based on the Nernst equation, species concentration dynamics in external tanks, and equivalent resistance losses. The models are validated against experimental data where indicated and are intended for research and educational use in energy storage and electrochemical systems.
